FB Films is an independent Film & TV production company based in Cornwall, who are dedicated to telling stories that surprise, that explore the strength of the human spirit.
We love stories that move us, challenge us to reconsider what we know about history and the real people behind it. We like to explore characters who are complex, whose individuality makes an impact on our world and has the audience wonder why they have not heard about them, telling their story in a way that breaks away from traditional period films and resonates with issues we face today.
After 25 years working in Film and TV, we feel lucky to share the journey of film making with both established and new film makers who have a vision. We aim to be a creative hub in Cornwall, ever looking forward to developing creative relationships and making films that have passion and human spirit.

Despite her happy family life, top pilot Jackie Moggridge can’t shake the fact that society expects her to be a good housewife now the war is over, while men carry on flying as before. She pins all her hopes on the only job she can get – a secret mission to fly Israeli Spitfires to Burma, but once in she discovers she's flying with a bunch of mercenaries and desperadoes across the dangerous Middle East. The only thing she could do to get out alive, is to finish the job.
